Death Certificate Filing Services
Our team provides complete decedent filing services through the Electronic Death Registration System (EDRS) and, when applicable, the Electronic Birth Registration System (EBRS/FDRS).
Simply complete our Vital Statistics Information Form, and we will handle the entire process on your behalf. This includes:
- Obtaining the cause of death and securing the physician’s electronic attestation
- Registering the death certificate in any of California’s 58 counties
- Ensuring the certificate is completed under your licensed funeral establishment name and FD number
We also offer emergency filings in counties that provide expedited processing for religious or time-sensitive circumstances.
Once the registration is finalized, we will promptly transfer the completed certificate to you for your records and safekeeping.
